NOTE: This league was started on OOTP 19 and we are in 2024, 6 full seasons now. We are now on OOTP 20 and the original link to our league posting is: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=287046

Good afternoon everyone, I am currently the commish of the Federal Baseball League (FBL - https://statsplus.net/fsl/home/) and we are a modern-day league that began with a fantasy draft on OOTP 19 (now on OOTP 20). Some features of the league are:
Reduced minor league teams to AAA, AA, A, A- and Rookie League for simplicity to manage.
Complete control of your franchise from day 1 where we all start on a level playing field.
League financials that will mirror real-life markets.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday sim schedule for maximum team management.
Scouts will be on, coaches off with a 20-80 rating scale.
Scouting accuracy will be very high.
A cash prize will be awarded to the World Series winner and the top, non-playoff participant based on a point system that awards activity, sportsmanship, and export activity. We are free to join.
The use of Stats Plus and communication with Slack (everything will be completed in Slack).
And much more!

The rule book can be found at: https://statsplus.net/fsl/home/?page_id=2

CURRENT OPENINGS: - 2024 Off Season

----------------------------------------

Kansas City Royals (79-83)

Minor League System Rank: 21st

Financial Status:

Budget - $176 Million
Payroll - $82 million
Overall Health - In great shape

Top 100 Prospects:
2B B. Riggleman - #31 overall
P S. Cisneros - #36 overall
P M. Van Horn - #100 overall

Kansas City has potential in a fairly weak division (minus Cleveland). They have youth in the right areas and with a move or two could be a decent team. Thankfully for the new owner there are no bad contracts.
