So The intent of this league is really because I wanted to create a small fictional league that seemed more tight nit than a full 30 team league. I feel like 8 teams is large enough to generate some decent competition and small enough that you can actually know the players.

Additionally I have always wanted to try a "stats only" league but stats only makes drafting really difficult, so I decided to meet in the middle and run a potentials only league. This means things like Tools (CON/GAP/HR/Etc) are also potentials only which I think will add a nice bit of 'randomness'.

I personally hate coaches in OOTP but I like the dimension that scouts add so that's why they are added. The league is going to be fairly flexible and "democratic" in how rules will be handled. I am open to changes so long as it seems like everyone is on board with it.

We have one spot in the Non-DH league left and if you want to know anything else about the league let me know and I will tell you and update my grid above. I do plan to upgrade the league to OOTP18 around the ASB when I am planning on buying OOTP18 but that will also be a league decision. If everyone likes OOTP17 we will just stick with it as I don't really see any LARGE benefit to running OOTP18 for Online leagues.
If the primary 8 teams fill up, I am not opposed to having GMs coach in the feeder leagues as place holders.
