I don't transfer my leagues to the newest version until the Final Patch is issued... usually in July of each year.

I want the game be as good as it is going to be before I convert.

It's not, no.

We'll have at least another patch or two to add tournaments to Perfect Team and I'd guess we might possibly slip a few fixes or other things into regular OOTP as well when that happens.

Anything is possible. I do not know if Matt has that specifically on his list or not though.

I doubt changes like that would make it in. Most likely any changes would be similar to what came in this last patch - some combo of settings broke something, or like today just fixed a case of moving guys around the depth chart and noticed the "starts every X" didn't seem to move properly in some cases.

Was that Play button always so... green?

Easy things to add is sign all Draft Picks to contracts,Multi Team Trades,sort by Drafted and each round of Rule 5 Draft be different like first be MLB second Triple-A.
