Switching Rosters

Is it possible to switch entire teams around in historical mode? Like for example in 1980 the Leafs and Oilers almost swapped cities. Is it possible to just change team names and realign divisions, or would you have to move player by player?

It would be easier to just edit the team details of Edmonton and Toronto to each other's. But it'll reset every new July 1, so you'd need to keep doing it. (We're changing that for FHM6.)

Can the divisions be realigned though
