Coach and Scout Question
 

With coaches and scouts turned off, do the existing scouts and coaches ratings matter in anyway? Even with this feature off you can still search for them in your short list. So with scouting off, does your scouts rating effect international findings or does your coaching ratings effect development at all?

I do not think so. My understanding with coaching is that any inflluence thay have is negated. With scouting you are always seeing the actual player ratings if acouting is off.
