but now I've got everything set up and ready to go

When possible please post your trades in the game as well as slack and note if it's been submitted in game to make my life easier
DFA all players involved in a trade to avoid injuries
There will be no existing injuries or suspensions at the beginning of the league
There will be no changing of draft budgets. As in real life they are league assigned.
Penalties for going over the soft cap for IAFA is as follows
Less than 5 mill = can't sign a player for more than 300k for the next 2 seasons.
More than 5 mill no IAFA signings for 2 years
Japan and Korea are in the file. These players will become FAs in time and the AI may decide to post players at any point... So probabaly not the worst idea to keep an eye on those leagues for talent acquisition
