We run a modern league setup going into its 4th season. Our relevant settings:

League Forum
Rules and Settings
League Reports
Player Aging Speed: 0.900
Dev Speed: 1.000
Ratings Scale 20 - 80
A system for participating in the league and receiving points that can be redeemed for various rewards.
7 Day Sims at 4 days a week. These sims are live broadcast on twitch at 10pm EST on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

We are planning on having radio shows every Tuesday night to discuss the league during the season which will also be broadcast on twitch.

We have a great website with a chatroom built into it. It works on any browser (so it works on mobile devices) and we have a facebook style messenger system being worked on.

All in all this is an exciting OOTP league to be in with a lot of great stuff planned. If you are interested in joining contact me here or through a PM. Or join our website and post in the sign-up thread. If you have any questions let me know.

Open teams:

Morgan runs a great league and we have an awesome and active community. Come and join the fun over at simchampions and you won't be disappointed! There are a few great teams open and if you don't like your team we have plenty of users who are willing to trade!

CLB is a great league, and SimChamps is the site for you if you want to be a part of a sim sports gaming community

Have these teams varied much from the original season? Roster wise that is.

Twins are very much intact along with the Reds. The former Astros owner made a few good trades and shored up some weaknesses. The CPU Mariners went crazy and spent a ton of cash on pitchers this past off-season. I can link you to the league file and you can check it out if you want. I have guest account setup so people can look at the rosters.
