NABA has some openings

NABA has some openings.
Anyone interested, please reach out.
The previous commish disappeared and I am working to get it full and keep it active.
We are only in our 3rd season. We are finishing up the playoffs now and will be in the OffSeason soon.

We use legacy players.

See here for more information:
https://statsplus.net/naba/home/

We will be moving to OOTP20 once this offseason hits.

The Constitution page contains this, but if interested, please contact me:

We have a few new members in a couple days.
Please reach out if you are interested.
Thanks,
Niddler

9 teams left.
Reach out if you are interested.

2 CPU teams made it to our divisional finals.
1 is in the World Series, the other series is finishing up now. It could be 2 cpu teams in the world series.
So they are not all dumpster fires if you are interested in taking over any teams.

This is a great league guys.

The_Niddler 04-01-2019 11:04 AM

Thanks thepunk.

Down to 8 openings.

It is not for everyone with the use of Legacy Players, but I have a lot of fun with it.

My fave league

Last Summer, I jumped into OOTP Online Leagues for the first time. As with many things, I went overboard ... joining 10 leagues over a few months!

However, while I really like some of the others, NABA is my favorite -- the balance of reality and fantasy, the concept and artwork, etc. The talent availability is good, the drafts are solid, and our new commish seems quite organized and reliable. We are switching to OOTP XX right now, at the start of the third offseason.

In two seasons, we will have another Legacy Player draft and I can tell you the last one was unique and a lot of fun -- getting everybody to talk about hall of famers, balancing picking your childhood hero vs. high WAR guys, etc.

A very fun league that is well run and organized! And we are just two seasons away from our 2nd legacy player draft! Some good teams that are open and available.

Which teams are still available? Thanks!

St. Louis - 79-83 - Ken Griffey Jr.

Nashville - 73-89 - Jose D. Fernandez
Frederiction - 75-87 - Hank Aaron

St. Johns - 86-76 - Sandy Koufax

Vancouver - 68-94 - Christy Mathewson

Victoria - 76-86 - Walter Johnson

As you can see, outside of Vancouver, none of the teams are horrible. All are just a piece away from .500 and maybe 2 from competing for their division.

Very fun league with a great concept (Legacy Players). And as an added bonus we get free live sims on occasion.

If this league gets full it will be a great league I believe. I just joined simply because of the commish. There are a group of commishes and I believe this will be a great league. I am intrigued by the legacy drafts. Different from your ordinary league. Cmon and join. I honestly feel you will enjoy the league.
