How do I re-start a game?

Is OOTP15 more user-friendly than OOTP14, so I should upgrade? I have problems with 14 finding and finishing saved games in progress, and in exiting the program (no buttons or "X" to close the program), so I'm thinking maybe OOTP15 would do these better.

Isn't this the second thread on exiting the game?

In that I posted a screenshot and asked you if you could see what I have on the attached graphic. I didn't see any answer from you. Can you please look and let me know.

It would be great if you could post a screenshot of what you see so that we might be able to help you.
