And how much will be earned from the games in London?

It seems it is MLB's practice to include the attendance from overseas games as part of the "home" team's attendance. The two games played in London between New York and Boston back in 2019 drew a total of 118,718 — this attendance was included in Boston's total for the season

What's with the concessions people? Do they get 80% from the fish and chips sales in London?

This comment was partially made to invoke a picture of baseball fans finger-fooding fish in the stands.

I can only take so much cheerleading before I pass the death sentence. Show some tidbit of professionalism, gee whiz.

The only early game today is the London farce...? Come on... That's on FOX. That borders on animal cruelty!

Who do the Rockies have pitching for them tonight? Charlie Brown?

So far, Angels have 23 runs, 21 hits, 5 BB's & only 10 outs................

The most amazing stat of the night to me is that the record for most runs scored by one team at Coors is only 26. Well, it was before tonight…

I need to check baseball reference. I think I just picked up my 1st 2 career rbi's in this game.

There are some insanely high scoring games from the 20s. I guess the fact that the Rockies weren’t in MLB yet because the state of Colorado had at the time seceded from the Union kind of hurts here…

The record still stands at 26.

Pitchers can't hit! Why do you think we have the DH?

Attendance at the two games in London: 54,662 at the first game and 55,565 at the second. That's 110,227 in total for both. Looks like St. Louis came out about 30,000 ahead. ;)

Alek Manoah got absolutely manhandled in his first appearance in rookie ball: 2.2 IP, 10 ER. It’s getting like that Chuck Knoblauch joke from back in the day…

Woof. More homers. Way more walks, and almost 80 points more in BABIP to really get the mouthpieces on sports talk radio going.

Is it really a perfect game if you throw it against the Oakland Pathetics? :p:p

I was looking at the lineups & the Yanks was almost as bad as the A's.

batters hitting under .200 NY 3 Oak 3
batters hitting under .230 NY 6 Oak 5
batters hitting under .260 NY 9 Oak 8

It's a wonder someone didn't no hit the Yanks.

Since the early Padres-Pirates game was at first delayed by smoke and then started without me noticing, I will now watch Clevelanders @ KC. Might be the last chance to see The Ashes Formerly Known As Zack Greinke.

Besides, I love watching Andres Gimenez and weep.

Kurti Busch just guest-conducted "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" at the Guardians-Cubs game and I am not sure I will ever recover from it.
