A few others added to this post. For OOTP 25 changes were made and KTX files were used for the graphics. This made using the old WEBP files more difficult. After reading some posts and PMing Jorin I... Back in 2021 I started modding stadium advertising for OOTP 22 to make a more realistic environment. A few others added to this post. For OOTP 25 changes were made and KTX files were used for the graphics. This made using the old WEBP files more difficult. After reading some posts and PMing Jorin I have learned how to make KTX files. One problem was that the files I made were too dark for the 3D stadiums. This has been fixed by Jorin. Here is a short tutorial on how to make your own KTX files. You can also use mods made in the past by converting the WEBP files to KTX files. Use the KTX saver folder that is attached below.

Use PVRTexTool to edit the .ktx files:

https://github.com/KhronosGroup/KTX-Software/ for download, on right click on 4.4.2 under releases, scroll down to your version. KTX-Software-4.4.2-Windows-x64.exe for most people.

Basically:
0) Extract the zip file wherever you like. The KTX saver folder can be on the desktop or if you are organized make an OOTP27 editing folder.
1) Create a work folder. Use the ballpark's name for this folder. ex) busch_stadium. Create another work folder if you edit more teams. ex) angel_stadium_of_anaheim
2) Use the GUI version of PVRTexToolGUI.
3) Copy the Stand_day.ktx and Stand_night.ktx files from the game folder to your work folder. (game folder Z:\...\OOTP Baseball 27\data\ballparks\models\busch_stadium)
3) Open the KTX file (can drag and drop) with PVRTexToolGUI.
4) Export the texture. Click on File/Save Image. Save as PNG file. ex)Stand_day.png
5) Edit Stand_day.png in Photoshop/GIMP/or whatever you use, save the image. I also save the files in PSD format for the future since the layers are intact.
6) Repeat steps 3-5 for the night image. ex) Stand_night.png

7) Copy the Stand_day.ktx, Stand_day.png, Stand_night.ktx, Stand_night.png files to the "KTX saver folder". Overwrite if necessary.
8) Double click the ktx save.bat file. This uses the CLI version of PVRTexTool. Wait a few minutes for the dos box to show "paused, press any key to continue". Press any key.
9) Copy the new ktx files from the "KTX saver folder" to the game folder (Z:\...\OOTP Baseball 27\data\ballparks\models\busch_stadium)
10) In-game check the day and night views of the 3D stadium. You can press Reload 3D model if you have to view your work while editing.
11) Before continuing on to the next ballpark save the new ktx files to your work folder (as a backup) and delete the ktx and png files from the KTX saver folder.

Since the game patches overwrite the files you need to save these new ktx files and copy them back after every patch. So create a "backup data" folder to store these edits and any other edits you have such as sounds. ex) Z:\...\OOTP Baseball 27\backup data\data\ballparks\models\busch_stadium For Anaheim Z:\...\OOTP Baseball 27\backup data\data\ballparks\models\angel_stadium_of_anahei m.

The files in the "advertising" folder can be edited in the same fashion. The GUI version is used. ex) AD_01.ktx
Load the KTX file.
Export the texture an image (PNG).
Edit the image in Photoshop/GIMP/whatever you use.
Reload the edited image into the KTX file (the little square with the purple arrow in the top-right corner of the window).
Save and just accept whatever it tells you.
According to Jorin, "you have to make sure to use the right color space. By default it is set to sRGB, but it has to be set to linear." (Click on the carat, the '^' near Colour Space").

I have edited just stadium 'stand' files and the advertising folder files only. The GUI method should work on alphablend and ground files so you can use mods from the "OOTP 22-25 stadium advertising editing" post and the "OOTP 25 Field Mow Patterns Mod and Stadium Graphics Mod Available For Download" post by MikeS369. This should make using these mods much easier since you won't need to delete any files, just copy them over after each patch. Hopefully it will make it easier for modders also.

My Evergreen Project uniforms are finally ready for this season (better late than never, I hope). You can find all the files in my DropBox or by using the link in my signature.

If you aren’t familiar with the concept from previous years, the uniforms I’ve made are an attempt at real-life, accurate uniform assets for a variety of North American teams, without all of the advertisements, commemorative patches, and so forth. If you don’t want to see an All-Star Game patch on the Phillies unis when you sim to 2027 or if you want to change the Quad Cities River Bandits from a Royals affiliate to a Dodgers affiliate, you don’t have to still see the “KC” patch on their uniform sleeves, these uniforms are for you!

What’s in this Year’s Installment?

MLB

Every official, on-field cap, jersey, pants, socks, fonts, and logos for all 30 MLB teams. New city connect and alternate uniform parts are included, as well as gray jerseys for Tampa Bay, Seattle, and Milwaukee (if color softball tops and powder blue aren’t your thing).

MiLB

As many as 8 caps, jerseys, pants, socks, and fonts, plus primary and secondary logos, for all 120 minor league teams. There are 95 Copa de la Diversion uniforms for every participating team, plus 136 alternate identities, including the Utah Dirty Soda (Salt Lake Bees) Erie Moon Mammoths (Erie SeaWolves), Asheville Snot Otters (Asheville Tourists), and Capital City Bombers (Columbia Fireflies), among many others.

Complex Leagues

Uniform assets for all 82 teams in the Arizona Complex League, Florida Complex League, and Dominican Summer League.

Partner Leagues

As many as 4 caps, jerseys, pants, socks, and fonts, plus primary and secondary logos, for every team in the Atlantic League (11), American Association (12), Frontier League (18), and Pioneer League (12; the “RedPocket Mobiles” have been replaced with the Colorado Sky Sox for reasons). Included are several Cope de la Diversion uniforms and alternate identities.

Independent Leagues

Up to 3 caps, jerseys, pants, socks, and fonts, plus primary and secondary logos, for every team in the newly rebranded Canadian Baseball League (9), United Shore Professional Baseball League (4), and the Banana Ball Championship League (6). These three leagues are new to the Evergreen Project for this year.

Developmental and Summer Collegiate Leagues

Home and away caps, jerseys, pants, socks, and fonts, plus primary and secondary logos, for every team in the Arizona Fall League (6), MLB Draft League (6), Cape Cod League (10), Appalachian League (9), Northwoods League (26), and Prospect League (20). Home and away uniforms for teams in the California Collegiate League (1), New England Collegiate Baseball League (1), Futures Collegiate Baseball League (4), Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (2), Texas Collegiate League (1), West Coast League (4), Blue Ridge League (1), and Coastal Plain League (13) are also included.

World Baseball Classic

Updated home and away uniforms for all 2026 WBC teams and past qualifying nations, 26 in total.

Negro Leagues

Home and away uniforms for 30 Negro League teams from the past, one for each MLB team to wear for Salute to the Negro Leagues events.

Expansion Teams

Home, away, and alternate uniforms for 14 potential MLB expansion teams.

All-Star Game

American League and National League all-star uniforms all 30 MLB host sites, plus a set of generic uniforms for AL and NL All-Stars, as well as AL and NL Future Stars.

Extras

A handful of uniforms for my favorite defunct and fictional minor league or independent league teams.

And More!

Also included are backgrounds for every MLB, MiLB, & WBC team and color XML files to import every uniform into your game.

There are 1,536 ballcaps, 1,665 jerseys, 1,366 pants, 1,270 socks, 1,665 jersey fonts, 1,196 logos, and 178 backgrounds; a grand total of 8,698 files for over 500 teams. If you'd like a detailed view of everything that's included, you can check the attached spreadsheet (also included in the DropBox folder).
