I'd like to see graphical "ball in play charts" where green dots represent hits and red are outs. I would then also like the ability to set fielders positions for individual batters. It brings another element of strategy. Is also like to see batters have strengths and weaknesses. Hitters may have weaknesses in terms of types of pitches and location...same with strengths. Another graphical chart would be great here. This can begin introducing another whole aspect of scouting. Not just tools, but actual ability based on what is really happening on the field.
