Minor Leagues age limits

One of my suggestions for OOTP 14 is to implement service time limits for minor leages. I would like to see these rules correspond with actual MiLB restrictions.

Most curious. Wasn't even aware of this. Too bad I can't post html. I might try writing Cap's journal again. Losing my webpage bummed me out. That photo of me is from my younger days when I served as an investigator for the Canadian Ministry of Justice's Department of Domestic Services. Even Scotland Yard and the FBI were unaware of our existance or activities in western Europe and the northeasten United States.

Lord knows I've gotten into enough battles with Jason, but what does any of that matter? Regardless as to who else does it, spending lots of time talking about posters (rather than issues) just seems boring. But, again, what do I know?
