One of my suggestions for OOTP 14 is to implement service time limits for minor leages. I would like to see these rules correspond with actual MiLB restrictions.

    Service limits are more important than age limits IMO.

    The basic real-life service limits could be modelled, I think, but I doubt the exact rules could be. I expect those would be a real pain to get the AI to manage properly.
