Inaugural Draft Results: Aaron Jones

Aaron Jones, a 36 year old center fielder, was drafted by us in the 16th round, for the 286th overall pick.
Jones was still 35 when we drafted him, but is definitely our oldest every-day starter. He also leads the team in stolen bases so far, with 13 this season. While left field is his 'natural' position, he has still done an amazing job for us in center, sporting a .970 fielding percentage, and a ZR of +6.4. He even has a double-play credited to him.
Jones has been slotted in the two-spot for some time now, but that will likely need to change soon. He was placed there based on his still excellent speed, but a .337 OBP certainly points to a move. The only reason that hasn't occurred yet is because we are winning games, and I'm loathe to fix something that perhaps isn't as broken as one might think.
He's only signed on for this year, but was recently offered a 1-year extension that he is expected to agree to.
