I survived to manage another season at Cincinnati. A few bright spot for the Reds. First is 29 yo George Trenwith. He played 12 games and hit in 11 of those for a .328 avg and 5 RBI. Replaced Ralph Ham at 3B. The other standout was starting pitcher George Knight. George started 22 games and finished with a 10-8 record with 25 strike out and a 1.70 era. George Wright had a very good season, .321 avg a lone HR and 30 RBI. Al Pratt had a disappointed season. Pratt's record was 13-22 with 2 saves. Al is in second place with the most wins behind Al Spalding. Spalding has 147 wins while Pratt has 129.
