Lord knows I've gotten into enough battles with Jason, but what does any of that matter? Regardless as to who else does it, spending lots of time talking about posters (rather than issues) just seems boring. But, again, what do I know?

The biggest problem in evaluating VAR is to establish a replacement level. It's hard to see what that really is in this case. Is the replacement level having no conventions at all? We don't have any data on that situation.
