That's right, folks. Winter has come. 8 inches of snow. Not cocaine...I checked. This is the view I have at this very moment. Most of the storm missed us, and I have good wishes for my brethren in New England, as they bore the brunt of the assault...again.

Tomorrow is my birthday. I'll be 62, and this will be the ninth birthday I've celebrated since diagnosis. In those nine years, I've come to appreciate the value of life more than ever before.

I'd love to ramble incessantly, as I'm wont to do after one too many Crown-on-the-rocks (that's 2 these days...2 is one too many!). I'll spare you that.
