Where to begin

There doesn't seem to be any sort of guide to doing a fulls-scale OOTP mods. Its a matter of reading the manual, searching the forum, and relying on the forum community.

Here's a list of at least some of what I will need for the B.A.T. mod:

--backstory--completed
--league setup
--names.txt
--nations.txt
--injuries.txt
--uniforms
--logos
--backgrounds

There's probably a lot more. But even this list is daunting. And...

Bunker Hill 5, Valmeyer 4 (MEBL -- Low Minors)

Our bullpen blew a 4-0 lead in the 8th, but won it in the 9th. SP Kevin Wright was brilliant for us (7 IP 0 ER), and our offense also came alive. 3B Derek MacIntosh was 2-for-4 with a 2-run HR and LF Spencer Flynn was 3-for-4. C Ray Monroe put us up with a sac fly in the 9th. Our bullpen really needs to get straightened out, as they've been terrible lately.

Valmeyer 10, Bunker Hill 0 (MEBL -- Low Minors)

We might as well have not showed up to play today. Valmeyer was all over us picking up 10 runs on 15 hits (also 7 BB, 1 HBP, and 2 ROE). It could have been worse as they stranded 15. Meanwhile, our offense couldn't solve SP Matt Morgan, who finished with a shutout, despite only striking out 1 and walking 4. Just ugly.

Trenton 12, Bunker Hill 5 (MEBL -- Low Minors)

Trenton walked all over us in this one and salvaged the last game of the series. They had runners everywhere: 15 hits and 7 walks. RF Ed Sherman led the attack, going 3-for-5, with 4 RBI. We tried to come back late, scoring 5 runs over the last two innings, but it was too little, too late.
