Polynesian name file

It's about 1200 Polynesian last names and about 900 Polynesian first names. For "Polynesian" names, I took Hawaiian, Samoan, Tongan, Maori, Fiji, Cook Island, Easter Island, Aboriginal, and Papua New Guinea names. I had no idea what frequencies to use so I took some of the shorter names I liked and bumped up the frequency. These .dat files are just text files so if you'd like to edit them yourself, it's easy. I have NOT tested these files for use with OOTP. You're the guinea pig. There's also a lot of apostrophes and whatnot in these names. I'm pretty sure OOTP will handle it just fine but if it doesn't, you may have to edit them out.

Note: The name files you have in the data directory are used for all leagues. If you leave the Polynesian name file in there, every league/every draft will have Polynesian names.

How to:

Step 1 - Go to your OOTP/Data/ directory and back up your current name files (NAMES.dat, fnames.dat, lanames.dat, lafnames.dat, anames.dat, and afnames.dat). You can highlight them and either copy then paste (where they'll have the new name of Copy of xxxxxxx.dat) or add them to a new zip file.

Step 2 - Extract the contents of this zip into the OOTP/Data/ directory. It should overwrite NAMES.dat, fnames.dat, lafnames.dat, and lanames.dat. It's just added the Polynesian first and last names files (overwriting the current European firs and last name files), as well as overwritten the Latin American first and last names with European names. I left the Asian name files alone.

Step 3 - Enjoy.

Should you need to go back to OOTPs normal European, Asian, and Latin American names, just rename your Copy of xxxxxx.dat files back to their original names.
