KBO Quickstart?

Is there a KBO quickstart or a fairly quick and easy way to start a real life or fictional KBO with current logos, uniforms, ballcaps and 3D ballparks?

It's been a few years since I've played OOTP and tried creating a KBO league, but I remember there being issues with the draft, foreign player limits and the Futures League being inaccurate or non-existent. I'm hoping the current version of the game has a better path to running an accurate KBO simulation.
