Players disappearing
All year I've been losing prospects to the void randomly, to have them randomly re-appear in my rosters screen 2 years later and significantly worse due to not playing at all. Finally today this bug cost me a possible world series. Luis Valle was called up at the start of September and hasn't played at all. He appears on the roster, on the 40-man, is playoff eligible, yet doesn't exist in the pitching lineup screen. Nothing fixes it. Not sending him down and calling back up, not force starting a specific position, not having the AI set my entire organization. It was game breaking when it was top prospects disappearing into the void and it's game breaking when it's players that clearly exist not being able to be played. Figure it out please.

Have you tried going into commissioner mode and assigning him to no team, then reassigning him back to your team?

The AI probably picked a different collection of pitchers for some reason. You can't make a change mid-series now unfortunately. Sometimes if you activate someone off the IL in the playoffs it can get a little shuffled up for some reason because you need room on active roster, but then also put him on the playoff roster. |

I did this multiple times before posting as the same issue happened the year before but doing this solution fixed it right away. I had been toying with it all playoffs and got him into the NLDS just to have him disappear again as soon as the NLCS started. Ended up giving up on that save after this and haven't ran into the same issue since
