Card Packs disappear or won't open

Over the last 7 packs I have had, when I clicked on them to open them, the screen would gray out and then I would get booted out of the game. When I opened it up again, the packs were gone and there were no new players. Now I have two pack and they won't open at all when I click on them,

Is your game updated to the latest version? If you have earned choice packs but have not updated your game version, you will have errors trying to open those packs.

I just updated again. The only difference this time is it said "waiting for server" and after a while the program quit and when I got back in, my deck was gone and I had no new players.

I also just lost a silver pack. I was opening it, but it got stuck on waiting for server. I closed and reopened the game and neither the pack nor any new players are seen.

It is still happening. I just turned on bug tracing if it is any help.

I'm having the same problem with packs not opening graphically, but I get the cards from the packs. They just aren't displaying one-by-one being pulled from the pack. Also, all of the player ratings (other than their overall score) are displayed as zero. I am running the most up-to-date version.
