Twitch Drop Issue

I thought things were going well Monday night in receiving Twitch drops. I claimed four drops in all, with the drop clock resetting back to zero each time as it was supposed to. When the stream ended, I was 33% towards my 5th pack. While watching the stream, I receive one of the four drops in game (at 9:26est). I assumed the other three were delayed as they often are for me. However, when I woke up this morning, I did not receive any of the three packs. I noticed a lot of people in the chat last night had written, "claimed four, received one." I think it may be a larger problem and wanted to report my issue. I'm not losing sleep over the missing packs. I just want to know if it is a bug or if I did something wrong. Thanks...

I was also in the Twitch stream last night - where twitch reported I had 4 Packs claimed (I claimed each one as it popped up). However, when I logged into OOTP this morning I only have 1 pack.

P.S. On Android phone, the drop timer appeared to work for the first pack but never was displayed again after that - even though when the next award was ready I did get the popup in the stream which I clicked to Claim.

Yep, same issue for me. 4 drops show up in the inventory... One pack delivered during the feed... Still haven't gotten the other 3.

Similar issue. I haven't gotten any of the three packs I claimed.

Got there late, so only earned two packs (third capped at 93%

). They didn't show up until just a few minutes ago, so don't give up hope.

I just signed back on after a few hours (had signed on earlier this morning then logged off) and my other 3 pack drops are now there.
