Hi all,
If you have old in-app purchases (historical seasons or bundles) in the old OOTP Go app, here's how you can transfer them to the new game. This does not apply to the 2022 MLB or KBO seasons. 1) Download the old app onto your device if it's not already installed. To reinstall the old game; On iOS you can find it by going to the App Store, then tap your profile in the top right, then tap "Purchased", and look for the app in the list or search for it. On Android, tap on your profile icon in the Play Store, then tap "Manage apps and device", then go to the "Manage" tab, and finally filter the list by "Not installed" and search through it for the app. 2) Once you have the old app downloaded, in the old OOTP Go app, go to "Franchise Mode" > "Purchase Seasons" > tap the "Restore IAP's" button. This will save your purchases physically to the device. 3) Now tap on the "Export Seasons" button in the old app. It will prompt you to enter your email, at which point you'll receive a verification code that you need to enter. Please note that only after you enter your email will it allow you to enter the code, so don't force close the application while you go get the code. Also please note that the verification codes will expire after a few minutes if not used. 4) Finally, open the new OOTP Go 24 app, and similarly tap on the "Load Seasons" button and follow the same email verification process. Make sure that you use the same email that you entered to export the seasons. Keep in mind that once you've transferred, they aren't considered purchases in the new app by the stores, so the "Restore IAP's" button in the new game won't restore them even after transferring. I’ve transferred purchases on my devices successfully, but they don’t stay! I’ve had to redo the transfer twice now.

Ok I went back to the soft launch topic for Go 23 and saw one person mention this was a problem DURING The soft launch. All they replied with was they knew it was a cluncky system,but it was the best they could do. WHY was this issue not investigated during the soft launch you guys insisted on having? Is it because there was simply more focus on perfect team? This was a vital feature that people expected because you guys didn't deliver on the promise made last year of it always being one app with annual updates to bring in as much of the new desktop version as you can,and you guys now mess this up simply because you didn't do what a soft launch is supposed to be for,to make sure everything worked. We want our IAP's. This needs to be addressed today. I have come to expect great things from you guys because the Desktop version gets better and better year after year. So I really expect a much better effort than this from you guys.

On my S6 lite it worrked perfectly except I can't use 2021 in historical.

I've added a fix for this and it'll be out in the first patch.
There's a temporary workaround if you've purchased a season or bundle in the new 23 app. After you load the old purchases successfully into Go 23, tap on the "Restore IAP's" button. |

Thanks for bringing this to our intention everyone! The patch should be out soon, so the workaround shouldn't be needed for very long, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience

My issue is ot says 2021 is purchased but won't load it. Any other year seems to work

Could I ask you to clarify what you mean by this? Are you able to go to Franchise > New Historical Game > select the year 2021 > Next Step... ?
