2.1 was out almost a year ago, maybe the link has been removed because no one downloaded it.

I know I'm late to the party on this but....daggum thing froze up on me when I changed the calendar dates.
Also, how to I resize the template columns? Not very familiar with OpenOffice, and I will have 36 teams in my game at that point. |

What version of Open office are you using? I highly suggest you use V3 and not V4. Also, sometimes OO appears to freeze up, but it's not. It just takes a long time to compute the hundreds of formulas...have patience. |

Here it is. I had to do some trickery to get it under the size limit, so it might not extract perfectly.

Double Headers
Is there anyway to have double headers when using this builder?

This may sound like a stupid question but how would I create a schedule with 2 subleagues and 8 teams for 70 games?

trickiest part is pasting all the stuff. i remember being a little unsure where to start.. i use formulas like "=sheet.a2" etc then "fill" down # of days in schedule, then i can just change 1 character (a2 to b2 etc for next column).
it's way faster than highlighting, copying, switching worksheets and finding the cell and pasting etc etc. literally edit 1 character, then click drag a bit beyond # of days in schedule, rinse repeat. you have to do that by hand for each column (team)... then when done do a simple sort on the 'day' column and it will push all those empty lines out of the way. ----------- Is that file above working? you can 'chunk' an archive into multiple rar files when you need to get under a size max. if not, i can upload a fresh copy, too... i am pretty sure i got an 'original backup' i stashed away someplace. ---------- i'm debating doing a bit of work on this spreadsheet, no promises... take exported schedule and auto-fill etc, and automate the entire thing after you input matchups, if by hand or editing-on-the-fly without repasting everything each time. i'll probably re-work it from bottom-up, but there's definitely some basic formulas i plan to rip out of this thing Last edited by NoOne; 06-15-2017 at 12:16 AM. |

This is great! Make no mistake, it's not easy to create your own schedules, even with this tool ... it is a lot of work, but it can be done.
It takes quite some time, but in the end the result is worth the effort. Thanks, Bigrod, for this
