Saved Game wont load

Hi - When i go to load my game i cant the following error message "OOTP cannot load this database because it has been created with an earlier version of OOTP. Please use button import 2024 to import database. This is NOT a 2024 save file. THen i get a note that says "The loading of the databse failed. It is either corrupt or an old save version"

I do not have my file backed up (unfortunately). Please let me know there is a way to save my game!!!

try using "import ootp 24 game" button from main screen...from there have to go world dat file in saved game file a choose it...
