Playoff Stats
Can I view playoff stats on a player card or in league stats?
Also, when a new season begins can I view results and stats from prior seasons?

No to both, the most you can do is under the league menu tap past champions and it will show their roster. However, players who did not have a signifigent career will disappear over time and the stats listed will be from that regular season, not post season.

To clarify, the game only holds so many players. When players retire they are either kept in storage, if they are a hall of famer or on the career leaderboard, or if not they are replaced for a new incoming rookie. If the player is replaced, he will be removed from the past champions list. This does seem like something easy the guys can hopefully fix.... perhaps just make the past champions a list of the players instead of needing to link up with the player card. |

Actually, yes to #1 .... you can see the current year to date playoff stats in the box score of a playoff game and under "Split Statistics" on the Batting Stats screen. But all playoff stats are erased at the end of the year, so you cannot look back to see who is clutch in the playoffs.
Another thing you cannot see from prior years is L/R splits. |
