Game crash on startup

Hello,

Recently my game consistently crashes when i try to launch it. I see the home menu where i can start perfect team/offline franchise etc... but the window is frozen and windows eventually tells me the program has stopped responding. reinstall and restarting my computer doesn't seem to help

Any fixes you can recommend?
