Mod Articles

Hey! I was just wondering if its possible and if anyone knows where the files are to mod future articles that come up during the game. I want to be able to write my own fun articles that can randomly happen to players. I'm not even sure that can be done as ive looked all around trying to find where that would be for me to edit. Just curious if anyone knows where that is. Thanks!
