Your save games and stuff are not deleted when uninstalling.
Go to this directory:
C:\Users\MaKo\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 25\saved_games
and rename the TemplateRosters_[accname].tr (where [accname] is the PT account name) directory to something different.
