"PT Live is Now Live" - Where is this???

I am seeing the messages in OOTP24 Perfect Team. I don't see anything that looks like entries to PT Live. Where is this? I've checked all the tournament menus.

Exclamation Tournament Frozen!! - LD438 (low diamond 438)

This tournament has said "simulating" all day, with no progress. Can't even quit this tourney since it technically acts as if it has started.

I've been around a couple years with PT, but there are some questions I never asked. Like what does it mean when teams have "E6" or "TBD" in their team names? Some kind of code?

The Daily Cap tournaments that count, are only the 64 team variety, correct? There are some 32 team Cap tournaments with the same names, but I assume those don't count?
