The former Soviet Republics of Central Asia probably represent the largest part of the world not represented by any name set, so I created this one.

It can be used as the primary set for Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan. I'll probably do a separate set for Turkmenistan in the future because they don't have a v (they use a w for that sound) and it makes their names look different.

Kazakhstan has a large Russian minority, so I would add about 25% Russian name set; for the others 5% Russian would work.
