24-team, 154 games, no interleague, unbalanced request

I searched through the XML files above, and find schedules very close to, but not exactly what I want.

I'd like it to follow this:

Two Sub-leagues of 12
Each Sub-League has two divisions of 6
154 Games
No interleague
Unbalanced (I'm not sure what the right number should be, but whatever is closest to MLB is best)

Is this possible? Thank you in advance if you can help me out!
