174 game schedule request

I am looking for a schedule for a league with 2 subleagues, 2 divisons each containg 10 teams. I would like a balanced schedule with an allstar game and, if it is possible to have each team play a couple doubleheaders as well.

How do you want the "balanced" to work? I assume not against all 39 other teams since you could not even have 5 games per on average. Against all subleague opponents it would be about 9 games per, while against only division opponents it would be about 19 games per.

Sorry that it has taken so long to respond. I would like the balanced to be against all teams in the same subleague.
