20-team, 162 game schedule?

Looked all through the pre-made schedules and haven't had any success.

What I'm needing is a schedule for a 20-team league, four divisions of five teams each--two subleagues

About 6 games each against teams in the other subleague. Around 9-10 vs. the other division in the subleague and 13-15 against division rivals.

Preferring as realistic as possible, with off-days, etc., and an all-star break.

Any help I could get would be incredibly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
