Schedule Request for Online League

A friend of mine asked me to post this for a potential global online league(each division would represent a different region of the world), so this isn't for me GMO---hehe(I'm still going solo with the sched you created for me)

If this is possible, this is what he needs:
2 leagues, 64 teams, 16 divisions with 4 teams per

Division Play
26 games vs. the 3 teams in your division(78 games)

League Play
3 games vs. the 28 teams in your league that aren't in your division(84 games)

No Interleague Play

# 2 subleagues, each with 8 divisions, each with 4 teams
