Help modifying a schedule to fit my 28-team league?

So a while back I made a post asking someone to make a schedule for a 28-team league where the two leagues aren't symmetrical.

Long story short, I was linked this schedule and told to reverse the first 14 teams. I did that but, I seem to still be having issues in that it's giving me the error that it can't import schedule due to league structures being different, as seen here: http://i.imgur.com/Vnt9DnX.png

The leagues are set up as follows: First league 4/5/5, second league 5/5/4.

I don't like to sound like I'm ungrateful or anything but my online league is supposed to start spring training tonight, and I was really hoping to have interleague play set up for this season finally. Any help is much appreciated, thank you.

I'll make another shot at reversing the teams, maybe I screwed something up.
