Schedule Request: 66 Games, 24 Teams

I would like to get an unbalanced schedule for my 24 team league. It has 2 sub-leagues, each with 2 divisions, each with 6 teams. I would very much appreciate it if a schedule could be created where each team plays there division opponents 6 times (3 home, 3 road), each in sub-league/out of division team 4 times (2 home, 2 road) and each inter-league opponent 1 time (one division at home, one division on the road.

The math adds up like this:
6*5=30
4*6=24
1*12=12
30+24+12=66

24 Teams - 66 games

Interleague, Not Balance, with All Star Game

2 sub leagues of 2 divisions with 6 teams each.

6 games against Division (30 games 3H/3A)
4 games against Same League/Non division (24 games 2H/2A)
1 game against all 12 teams in other league
-6 home games vs. 1 division
-6 road games vs. 1 division
