Not sure if you are still looking for a league or not, but we have an opening with the Padres in the MLSB.
We are an MLB-style league, but are in the off-season of the 2053 season, so we'd be in the latter category in terms of a stable, established league.
My co-commissioner and I have been running this league since 2007 in real time, so we are about as stable as it gets.
The Padres will need some love, but I think they can be turned around fairly quickly as they have some viable assets to trade if you wanted to go that route.
